    When you arrive for your first appointment, you'll be greeted by our friendly front desk staff.  Phyllis and Sherry, our Administrative Coordinators, will help to make sure all the necessary forms are filled out and answer any initial questions you may have.

    From there, you'll be escorted to our exam room by Mary, our New Patient Coordinator.  Mary will chart your teeth and will take photos and ordered x-rays.  You can discuss the main concerns you have about your teeth with her and also ask any general questions you have about orthodontic treatment.

    When Dr. Forbes, Merwin, Youmans, or Miller comes in, he will examine your teeth, check your x-rays for signs of problems, and make a diagnosis.  He and Mary will then explain the recommended course of treatment, as well as answer any specific questions you might have.
